The Thailand e-Visa offers a convenient and increasingly accessible way for any travelers to obtain a visa.

Electronic visa, also known as”e-Visa,” represent the beginning of January 01, 2025, Thailand makes the e-Visa system available across 94 Royal Thai Embassies and Consulates-General worldwide.   All visa applicants must submit their applications online only.

1. Access the pfficial e-Visa portal: The first step is to visit the official Thailand e-Visa application website: https://www.thaievisa.go.th
2. Register an account: Create an account by providing your email address and setting a password to get started on your e-Visa application.
3. Documents submission: Fill out the application form and upload the required documents. The documents required for completing the e-Visa application is indicated against each type of e-Visa.
4. Payment method: The system accepts payment by credit or debit (VISA & Master Card) and the applicants will be able to download a payment receipt. The cost varies by country and the type of visa.
5. The process time: Please be aware that e-Visa processing times vary and can take between 3 to 15 business days, depending on the specific Thai Embassy or Consulate handling your application.
   Important Note: Please make sure to apply for a visa in a timely manner. You should lodge your application at least a month but no longer than 3 months in advance before the intended day of arrival to the Royal Thai Embassy in your respective countries.
6. (If Required) Submit originals & await processing: You may be asked to submit original documents via courier or in person at the Embassy or Consulate or attend an interview for further evaluation. Monitor your account for application progress after payment.
7. e-Visa issuance: Once approved, your e-Visa will be sent electronically via email.  The travelers are advised to print it to present with your passport to immigration authorities upon arrival.
